At Gem Design, we make sure to include accessories for all of our projects in the original quote for full service projects. With our Design Day service we can help style a finished room or complete a room in 1-2 sessions. If you only need help planning or making a quick decision between items you have already chosen, you can book a Strategy Sesh with us right away.

Your design will be delivered within 2 business days from the start of your appointment.

The first step is submitting your project here. After that, well have a quick call to assess your design needs and create a game plan. Then, we’ll book your Design Dash and within 48 hours your design will be delivered. Voila!

Absolutely! We're thrilled to offer a wide range of high-quality fabrics that are both durable and pre-treated. These fabrics are designed with advanced technologies that make them resistant to stains, liquids, odors, and fading from UV rays. As professionals, we pride ourselves on selecting the perfect fabric for each client's specific needs and space.

We understand the importance of finding the perfect custom furniture tailored to your needs. We collaborate with reliable manufacturers to ensure top-notch quality. While we don't offer physical testing*, some pieces are available in our showroom for sitting and testing. We aim to deliver furniture that exceeds expectations in quality and craftsmanship.

*In some circumstances there may be the option to sit test furniture at local showrooms.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

We observe all public US and holidays. We close for three weeks in the summer, three weeks in the winter and one week each in the fall and spring.

If something truly urgent comes up outside of our business hours, we will be there for you.

For full service projects, we'll take care of sourcing and liaising with tradespeople, organizing deliveries, being on-site to accept packages, and even providing storage in our warehouse. Our goal is to streamline the process so that your deliveries can happen in a single, stress-free day. Just let us know how much help you need, keeping in mind that more assistance may come at a higher cost. We're here to make your project journey as smooth and effortless as possible.

Now, let's chat about your part. It's super helpful if you could do a bit of homework on tradespeople too. After all, you're the one who will be hiring them! And when it comes to making those tricky decisions onsite, don't stress—we are there to guide your hired tradesperson through it all, from cabinetry designs to the final delivery schedule.

My clients often give me a thumbs-up for being on the ball with timing, keeping things organized, and staying in touch every step of the way.

We pour our hearts into creating design plans that'll knock your socks off! But hey, we get it – sometimes an item might not spark that 'wow' moment for you. No sweat! Our design fee's got you covered with a bit of wiggle room for a 3 re-selections per room. Need more tweaks? No prob! We charge hourly for the extra sourcing time, but this is just to make sure we're all making the best choices without getting lost in too many changes.

Just a heads-up, though – let's try not to backtrack on major early decisions like floor plans when we're onto the next phase of choosing furniture.

The good news? We hardly ever have to charge this fee because a few adjustments usually do the trick.
